Sometimes the only thing worse than a doctor visit...is the bill. So, our office does its part to keep fees reasonable and complete treatment in as few visits as possible.
- Insurance is filed as a courtesy. Our office will submit charges for services rendered to your insurance carrier for benefit payment. Ultimately, each patient is responsible for charges incurred at our office. There is a wide variety of dental insurance and benefits range from 30% to as much as 80-100%. The type of services covered and the amount paid on your behalf are specific to terms of your plan.
Dental insurance plans rarely pay for the entirety of your dental care. We can estimate your out-of-pocket portion based on the most up-to-date information we have, but it is only an estimate. Feel free to call us if you have any questions regarding your account or changes in your insurance. A simple phone call can prevent any misunderstandings.
- Cancellation is required if are unable to keep an appointment. Kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice so that we can offer this time to somebody else. A $50.00 fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for a confirmed appointment.
- Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks. Interest-free payment arrangements are offered through our financing partner, Care Credit. Ask for an application or apply online.
